Music fans of Malaysia, we’ve got great news! Swee Lee Malaysia has partnered up with Universal Music Malaysia and Spinnup once again to bring you yet another amazing contest!

How can you join?
So how can you throw your name in the ring for the goodies? It’s real simple!
First, pick a song to cover from any of the three singles below:
If you’re feeling rather adventurous, you’re also allowed to mashup all 3 songs OR re-create any of the selected song(s) in your own unique style! You can sing solo or call your band or friends over for a recording sesh. Heck! You can even do an instrumental cover – whatever you think best represents your talents and skills. Just remember, each submission has to be at least 1 minute long and you have to be a Malaysian resident.
How are you judged?
It’s simple really! The most creative and musical cover as deemed by the people over at Universal Music Malaysia wins.

How do I submit my entry?
After you’re done with your cover, post & submit your musical creation over on Instagram. Make sure your profile is set to public & use the official contest hashtag: #MYUniversalCoverOf.
The contest runs from the 26 April – 19 May 2021, 11.59PM.
