Guitars and Gear—The Latest Arrivals at Swee Lee!

The Fender American Professional series is already proving to be a big hit, and now we have an even bigger range on offer—more colours and more models to choose from! We also have a very special Stratocaster from the Fender Custom Shop that really does need to be seen and played. But it’s not all new Fenders this week—some stunning Gibson acoustic guitars have also just arrived. There’s also a new power supply from Strymon that’s going to make every pedal users life easier. But let’s start with the Fender Professional Series…

Fender American Professional Stratocaster, Antique Olive

A couple of months ago, we shared a picture of some of the new colours in the Fender American Professional range—and this was the one that a lot of people got very excited about. Well, now it’s here—and it looks even better in real life than it does in the pictures! Hitting our showrooms very soon… Other colours in the series include Olympic White, Sonic Grey, Sienna Sunburst, 3-Tone Sunburst and Black.

Fender American Professional Telecaster, Butterscotch Blonde

Of course, great colours aren’t just for Stratocasters. Nothing says “classic” quite like a Fender Telecaster in Butterscotch Blonde (just ask Keith Richards or Bruce Springsteen!) This is just one of the cool colours the Fender American Professional Telecasters come in. There’s also Black, Olympic White, 3- and 2-Tone Sunburst and the fabulously-named “Mystic Seafoam”! Just like their Stratocaster cousins, these Telecasters have narrow-tall frets and a new “Deep-C” neck shape. We also have American Professional basses in stock.

Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition El Diablo Stratocaster Heavy Relic

If your name is “El Diablo”, you have a certain reputation to live up to. And this amazing Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster really looks and sounds the part. The Tone Saver Treble Bleed lets tone shine through at any volume setting, while the bridge pickup has Fender’s Greasebucket™ tone control—giving you full gain at any setting. Add that to an aluminium pick guard and the heavy relic finish and you have a guitar that other guitars will try to stay away from. Temptation in wood-and-metal form.

Gibson 2017 Songwriter Cutaway Progressive Acoustic, Autum Burst

While it might look like the total opposite of the El Diablo, this elegant new Songwriter acoustic from Gibson has some devilishly clever features of its own. These include Titanium saddles to make it easier to adjust string heights and achieve better intonation and G-Force tuners, which make it easy to quickly change to alternate tunings. Combine these features with a built-in LR Baggs™ pickup system and exceptional playability and you have a guitar that’s suited for just about any situation.

Strymon Zuma High Current DC Pedal Power Supply

Many pedal users have found themselves in a situation when their power supply is creating more interesting sounds than the pedals it’s supplying. The Strymon Zuma puts an end to all that, providing 9 isolated, low-noise outputs—each providing a huge 500mA of current. It’s also incredibly light, so now you can have all the effects you need—with your Zuma discretely mounted under your pedalboard.
