The Annual Summer Time Machine Concert

Malaysia’s got talent. And we were super excited to put some of it in the spotlight at Swee Lee KL.

Drumroll for the Annual Summer Time Machine Concert by the Swee Lee Music Academy, uniting all of our students and teachers for an uproarious and inspiring afternoon .

From covers of Malay classics like Rasa Sayang and Kau Ilhamku to English favourites like Blackbird and Smells Like Teen Spirit, artists like Krisdayanti to Michael Jackson, the three-hour Summer Time Machine Jam was a truly multicultural, international affair. Power-packed with great tunes and even greater vibes.

The house was packed out with over 200 friends, family, and peers, listening to performances that ranged from dulcet harmonies to deep growling bass lines. The vibe was, of course, totally electric. We were proud to celebrate our students’ progress with the support of their loved ones.

Check out our recap video here, and more photos here.
